Founded in 2010, Strategic Training Simulations Inc. (STSI) has quickly established itself as an industry leader in railroad training and consulting. Recent mergers with a leading edge simulation company and a software company specializing in Computer Based Training has positioned STSI to grow its business in the simulation marketplace. STSI provides strategic training simulation products for our customers. Our product offering begins with locomotive simulators. Working with customer needs, we supply simulators that fit their operation and specifications, be it a full cab, half-cab, desk-top, or portable lap-top simulator. Our computer based training (CBT) products are built with interactive software that allows the client to electronically monitor participation and student results. Our simulation software is user-friendly and allows for the programming of operational scenarios based on physical characteristics of the railroad equipment and the track profile. Combining these characteristics with our leading-edge physics model, our software can be used to assist in derailment analysis.
